The project involved levelling a newly extended concrete slab in preparation for vinyl plank installation. Our team began by thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove dust and debris, ensuring optimal adhesion.
During our assessment, we identified a significant dip in the concrete that required correction. Using a high-quality floor levelling compound, we carefully filled and smoothed the dip, seamlessly blending it into the existing slab to create a uniform subfloor.
Once the levelling compound had fully cured, we proceeded with the vinyl plank installation. The even subfloor allowed for a seamless, secure fit, ensuring the planks lay flat and stable. Through meticulous preparation and precise installation, we delivered a durable, visually appealing flooring solution tailored to the client’s needs.
